Renovation of streets, Odorheiu Secuiesc
Soon, the residents of Odorheiu Secuiesc will be able to travel without any disturbances on Bethlen Gábor Street, as the complete renovation of the street will soon be completed. 1.5 km of streets will be renovated on Breslelor, Bethlen and Victoriei streets. The project includes road resurfacing, new pavements, new asphalt layers, a cycle lane, a green area and changes to water channels.

Upgrading of field roads, ADI Forest area
We are modernizing 5.2 km of field roads in the area of operation of the Forest Intercommunity Development Association (ADI). The roads will be built with crushed stone, ballast and asphalt. In Siculeni, the road leading to the Bogát hill will be asphalted, in Racu commune, the section from Sósrét to the railway line, and in Taploca, the field road from Câmpul Mare street to the road with signpost 12A will be modernized.

Renovation of streets, road construction, Ocna de Sus, Ocna de Jos
Our colleagues are upgrading nearly 6.5 km of streets in Ocna de Sus and Ocna de Jos. In addition to reconstructing the road structure – ballast, crushed stone and asphalt layers – they will also construct open and covered channels for rainwater drainage and replace concrete culverts. The construction of nearly half a kilometer of sidewalk and 100 m of retaining wall (shore protection) is also part of the project.

Construction of a sports field, Odorheiu Secuiesc
We are building a sports field in Odorheiu Secuiesc on an area of 3,000 m². The pitch will include a football and basketball field, climbing walls, rib walls and squash courts located on an 86 m long and almost 6 m high concrete wall.

Renovation of Kossuth Lajos Street, Miercurea-Ciuc
Kossuth Lajos street in Miercurea-Ciuc, one of the busiest street in our city, has been renewed. Our colleagues completed the renovation of the road section from Vörösmarty Mihály street to Liberty Square: they widened the road and provided it with a new layer of asphalt, reshaped the bus stops and parking spaces, pedestrian crossings.

Construction of outdoor parking, Mihail Sadoveanu Street, Miercurea-Ciuc
The project includes the construction of an open-air parking lot on the surface of 1,240 m², the modernization of public lighting, the placement of new garbage containers, the covering of the road leading to the parking lot with a new layer of asphalt and the construction of a pedestrian sidewalk.

Rehabilitation of Harghita Street, roundabout intersection, Rét-Harghita Street, Miercurea-Ciuc
By next summer, Hargita Street in Miercurea-Ciuc will be completely rebuilt. We will upgrade nearly 1.5 km of road, the surrounding side streets and storm water drainage. New roundabouts and road crossings will make the busy route more accessible and safer.
In addition to creating green areas and upgrading existing ones, 150 trees will be planted along the roadside. We will create sidewalks and borders, place bus stops and pedestrian walkways, and add a cycle lane along the road.

Rakoczi Ferenc Street, Odorheiu Secuiesc
We are modernizing a 1.5 km road section on Rakoczi Street in Odorheiu Secuiesc. In addition to the three-layer asphalting of the roadway, we will also build paving stone sidewalks on both sides of the road, and then make the busy road section friendlier with a green belt.
Cyclists will also benefit from the project, as a cycle lane will be created on the right-hand side of the road using red asphalt. We will renovate the entrances to the buildings along Rakoczi Street with paving stones and we will also install car parking facilities.

Construction of the hall for the Heineken production line,
Miercurea-Ciuc
We handed over the new industrial hall where the new Heineken production line takes place, which is built in an industrial hall of 3200 square meters. ING Service has been the general contractor since November 2022. Our team of 25 people carried out the overall construction, organized the work processes, coordinated the various specialist works, and monitored the processes.
We started the work by breaking up the concrete platform on the location of the already completed building. Then we laid the foundations using the innovative monopile technology. After the precast reinforced concrete elements have been assembled the walls and roof were completed, followed by finishing and installation work. The vertical systematization of the 900 square meter land next to the industrial building was also part of the project.

Sovata
We are constructing an industrial production hall in Sovata, which will serve as Hochland‘s product packaging building. The project includes the construction of the entire hall, its fitting-out, the construction of office buildings and the installation of the internal and external networks. The exterior space will be upgraded with pedestrian walkway, road, parking spaces and green belt. In addition to the construction of sewage and storm water network technological drainage and fire protection systems will be installed on the 20 109 m² area.

We are building more than 72 km of natural gas network in the municipalities of Ciceu, Siculeni and Racu. The network will be connected to the Odorheiu Secuiesc-Bălan Transgaz main pipeline.

In the municipality of Frumoasa (Frumoasa, Nicolesti, Barzava), we are rebuilding nearly seven kilometres of streets. Prior to the construction of the new asphalt pavement, our colleagues will also carry out the foundation and drainage works.

Community space with complex 3D playground, Miercurea-Ciuc
We are building a three-dimensional playground in the shape of a frog, reaching a height of almost a metre, on the Lendület walkway in Miercurea-Ciuc. The spectacular “Fairytale Frog” playground includes a trampoline, tunnels, slides, climbing frames, swings and scales, drawing boards, a xylophone and many other interesting elements. An exciting fortress awaits children in the sandpit at the highest point of the frog.
Our colleagues have created a park-like community space with nearly 3,000 m² of green belt and 450 meters of sidewalk (with a bike lane) in the square around the park.
Older people can also have fun in the nearly 7,000 m² community space, as our colleagues have also set up street fitness machines, a dog run, a ping pong table, chess tables, a teqball table, a drinking fountain, bicycle racks and parking spaces for them.
